Thomas Training Gloves are purposefully built for hybrid training - Allowing you to move between boxing, strength and conditioning without removing your gloves.

FREE-THUMB DESIGN
The open-finger, free-thumb design keeps your hands functional while you train. Grip barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines and other gym equipment naturally—then transition straight back to the boxing bag - without stopping.
Your hands remain free enough to grab your drink bottle, use your phone or tie your hair up, without stopping or removing your gloves.
CUSTOM LAYERED FOAM
Curved, layered padding protects the knuckles and creates a comfortable feel when punching the bag, without the bulk of a traditional boxing glove.
Additional foam inserts along the knuckle line help absorb impact while maintaining a low-profile shape. The compact design still fits around gym equipment—including inside dumbbells.
BUILT-IN GYMNASTICS GRIP
A full-palm gymnastics grip provides additional protection and grip during strength work. It can be used on bars and other gym equipment, takes chalk and can be tucked away when not being utilised.
DUAL WRIST SUPPORT
The dual-strap system provides a secure fit and added wrist support without requiring traditional boxing wraps. It supports the wrist while punching, while still allowing the movement needed for strength training.

The workouts vary in duration, format and muscle groups, so you never know what challenge you might get.

WORKOUT VAULT
Inside the Workout Vault, you’ll find a growing library of more than 100 TTG workouts, with new workouts added regularly. Every workout includes a video tutorial to guide you through the session.

LEARN TO BOX
Inside Learn to Box, you’ll find a library of easy-to-follow video tutorials covering everything from how to correctly put on your Thomas Training Gloves to boxing stance, individual punches and footwork.
Each skill is demonstrated for both left- and right-handed boxers, allowing you to learn the correct technique for your stance before progressing.
Work through the tutorials at your own pace, then put what you’ve learned into practice in the Daily Workout and Workout Vault.
BLACKSITE / ATHELETE NUMBER
Every pair is heat-pressed with its own individual four-digit Athlete Number, connecting your gloves to your personal Blacksite profile and making them uniquely yours.
The only way to access your Blacksite profile is by scanning your Thomas Training Gloves—connecting you, your gloves and your training.
TTG is designed for punching boxing bags only. It is not intended for sparring or person-to-person contact.
MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
Each 8 oz glove is handmade from durable synthetic materials, with custom layered foam padding. The lightweight, low-profile, free thumb construction provides protection for bag work while keeping your hands functional for strength and conditioning exercises.
ATHLETE NUMBER
Every pair is heat-pressed with its own unique four-digit Athlete Number on the logo of the gloves.
Your Athlete Number is individual to you and connects your gloves to your personal Blacksite profile and training—making every pair uniquely yours.
PATENT-PENDING DESIGN
TTG features an original patent-pending design created specifically for hybrid training—combining boxing protection, a free thumb structure and strength-training functionality in one glove.
SIZING
TTG is available in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Use our sizing guide to find the best fit based on your hand measurement.
If your measurement falls between sizes or you are unsure which to choose, we recommend selecting the larger size.
